Please read the following terms and conditions carefully:

 

Customer hereby generally releases Binz Dumpsters LLC, agents and employees from any and all liability and any claims for personal injury, death or property damage related to Customer’s receipt and use of a dumpster from the company. This Release is binding on me, my heirs, executors, administrators and assignors.

 

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Binz Dumpsters LLC harmless from any and all liability, losses, or damages it may suffer including legal expenses and attorney fees as a result of any claims, demands, costs or judgments against the company related to customers receipt and use of a dumpster.

 

Customer agrees that Binz Dumpsters LLC shall be released and shall not be responsible for any damage to pavement, curbing, driving surfaces, sprinkler system, lawn, or other property resulting from truck servicing an agreed upon installation or removal area of this dumpster. Customer assumes responsibility for damage that may occur due to size and weight of vehicle. Customer agrees that they have control and responsibility of container and its contents. Customer agrees to notify property owner(s), if applicable, of services requested prior to delivery of rental dumpster. 

 

 

• Dumpsters may not be filled past the top rail of dumpster by State Law.

• Dumpsters may not be moved or pushed at anytime

• Drop off spots have to be on level ground

• Any drop off spots off roads, driveways or gravel paths have to be confirmed by customer. Some drop spots may be denied by Binz at anytime due to safety or trucks/trailers getting stuck. WE cannot be responsible for damage caused by dumpsters in drop off spots that were specified beyond our normal drop areas. Customer assumes responsibility of cleaning or removing dirt and rocks tracked on streets or roadways of muddy drop spots. Customer warrants sufficient location that can bear weight of all equipment and vehicles. Customer agrees that Binz will not be responsible for damage to any pavement, walkways, lawns, or concrete needed to perform services.

• Any damage to dumpsters could occur a fee

• Weight limit may not be exceeded per dumpster rented. Max weight will be labeled.

• If we come out and area not safe for drop off, customer will be charged $100.00 for non service and time.

• At any point Binz can terminate service if terms and conditions are not being honored.

• Weight must be distributed evenly throughout the container

• Customers are required to use dumpsters for use intended. We are not responsible for improper use of dumpster, including but not limited to: people climbing in and out and falling hurting oneself or causing injury or even death. Use of dumpster is for disposing of materials safely over walls. 

• In some cases permits and approval fees are needed. Customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, approvals and fees needed for dumpster use.

 

Items below are Not to be put in dumpsters, including but not limited to:

·        NO Hazardous waste!!

·        Gas

·        Brush or other yard waste

·        Propane

·        Paint/Aerosol cans

·        Ammo

·        Oils

·        Flammables

·        Batteries

·        Hot Ashes/Coals

·        Asbestos materials

·        Medical waste

·        Animal carcasses of any kind

·        Liquids of any kind

·        Herbicides/Pesticides

·        Contaminated Soils

·        Appliances with Freon

·        Radioactive material

·        Tv’s

·        Tires (Unless we are aware, extra charge)

·        Computer monitors

·        Extremely heavy items (dirt, rock, concrete, asphalt) better options for this removal

·        Toxic or corrosive materials
